These terms apply to every contract about the software DisplayHud between Nico Sagolla, Am Durchlaß 12, 88175 Scheidegg, Germany, and you.

A non-exclusive, perpetual right to use DisplayHud on as many Macs as your licence covers (one, two or three).

You can free a Mac at any time and use the licence on another one.

One payment, not a subscription. The version you bought keeps working.

The contract is concluded when the payment completes. Delivery is immediate and digital: the key is shown at once and also sent by email.

The prices shown on the site apply. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is shown.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends once we begin delivery after your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right (§ 356(5) German Civil Code). See the withdrawal policy.

Statutory provisions apply. The limits of the app are stated openly on the front page and inside the app.

External monitors are controlled over DDC/CI, an interface Apple does not document. A system update can end that route. The app then falls back to documented ones; there is no claim to that interface continuing to exist.

Unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence only where an essential contractual duty is breached, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
